孕婦瑜伽是一項非常適合孕媽媽既安全又簡單的運動,透過呼吸學習放鬆情緒,平靜面對改變;

簡單的瑜伽動作讓想自然分娩的你使相關的肌肉、關節得到伸展,靈活及強化起來,令生產過程更順利。

A safe and slow-paced physical activity, prenatal yoga strengthens and tones your muscles. This in turn relieves pregnancy-related symptoms such as low back pains, sciatica; while through relaxation breathing exercise and meditation, it help to ease insomnia, high blood pressure, etc.

YogamamaMay had been accompanied with over 300 mums-to-be to go through their pregnancy by practicing yoga, which is the most magical and memorable journey.

Our class schedule:

Every Monday night, 730 to 830pm and

Saturday morning, 11 am to 12 noon 

Suitable to pregnant women from 14 weeks to 39 weeks

YOGA BASICS

A 60-min class for beginners, focused on introducing the basic concepts and postures in the yoga tradition. Students will learn about connecting the body and mind with the purpose of increasing awareness and stability. It can improve flexibility, develop sense of balance & bring harmonious.

這堂初學者課堂探討基礎的瑜伽觀念以及傳統瑜伽動作,如站立式、坐立式、旋腰等以及一些放鬆的技巧。學生會在練習中學習建立身心的連結,提升覺知以及穩定亦能有效提升學員的柔韌度、改善姿勢劣習、建立平衡感,有助舒緩壓力。

逢星期二晚上7:30 – 8:30
